Mel holds a Master of Education and that academic foundation is the reason Elevate Skills exists the way it does. She has spent years studying a question at the heart of every programme: why do people communicate the way they do in the first place? Before founding Elevate Skills, she developed a deep understanding of the research behind human communication. How neuroscience, psychology, and linguistics explain the patterns, behaviours, and barriers that show up every time people speak, present, or have a difficult conversation. Every programme Mel designs is built from that research. Not as theory. As the foundation for understanding yourself as a communicator. Because when that understanding is in place, the change is permanent.
